The Time Tunnel of Top Tunes

Time Tunnel

1972 was a great year for albums. Transformer finally got Lou Reed on the charts, jazz nerds Steely Dan became pop stars, and we had Simon without Garfunkel.

Aretha Franklin made Young Gifted and Black, a giant of an album, Neil Young made Harvest, Elton John was about to become a big star. And The Band made one of the great live albums, Rock of Ages.
